seems to work, but it filters water very slowly compared to previous ones, this new filter drips instead of flows out the bottom... filters tap water very slowly, brand new filter too!

Are these filters refurbished? They don’t last as long as normal and have a weird taste as soon as you use them. They come in a brown box, not the normal box with product info etc.

The filter draining rate became slow after 2 weeks! The new filter when fitted purified the tank in few minutes and over a period of time the draining rate got terribly slow. Water is holding up in the reservoir and is not draining down. I am not sure what's the issue. Also the water ppm showed 9 ppm when I first used it. Zero water claims that it will be zero! I am not sure if this is even working.

We use ZeroWater pitchers in our travel trailer and have been very happy with them. The filters last a LONG time which is great. The price for four filters was less than the price for three. We are set.

The water gets sour when the filter is no longer fresh. Be cautious to check it frequently after it starts leaking particles into water. One day I checked with the TDS Meter and it showed 4, which was still okey to drink. In 4 days the water was already sour!!!

The second filter I used out of the four in the pack would not pass water through it. So it’s useless. And because I’m only 2 days out of the window where I could have made a return I have no in effect paid quite a bit more money than I should have for three filters.

When your filter media is new, the water tastes great - by great, I mean the water is tasteless which is what I want. My disappointment is with the filter life. I have just put in my THIRD filter in SIX weeks; each of the first two filters lasted ~24 days. At $12 apiece, that's pretty costly. And, when a filter reaches the end of its usefulness, the water taste becomes so foul you cannot drink it.
