Filters were good before lasting a at lest a month before needing change at 006 now reading and taste reading go to 150 + in two weeks and taste like lemons. We use the same water source our tap we cleaned everything several time to ensure out Zero water is clean. It a real disappointment as we have used Zero water filter for more than ten years!

Have a deep well with considerable levels of iron. Live in coal country at the foot hills of the pocono mts. Have a zero filter for 7 yrs, far above all others. Had a whole house reverse osmosis system in former home in NY, Zero water pitcher is as good or better than previous water filtration.

I like it. But within a month of using, the water starts having a sour flavor. I changed the filter and the same thing happened again. These filters areMore expensive than Brita to start with. The longevity problem makes it even more expensive. I’ll finish these filters, and switch back to Brita.

I have just purchased the ZeroWater 40-cup dispenser. Put the stainless spigot in instead of using the plastic one that comes with the dispenser. Would have give a 5 star rating for value if it had come with the stainless spigot instead of being a separate purchase.

This has happened to me on three of seven filters. They just don't let any water through. Sometimes if I bang the pitcher on the counter it will start working for a while but 3 of them just didn't work at all. Not cool when they are fairly pricy.

Well I received this as a Christmas present last year. I gave it 6 months and now believe this is just not worth it. The water taste is great for about two and a half weeks where I live. Other places I have read the filters last even less. I will admit that of all the brands I have ever bought this one filters everything very well but the filters are expensive and very slow. So I'm on the hunt for something different. Have a great day.

These are NOT ZERO WATER FILTERS! They are refurbished or something. The plastic that cases the filter is squeezable and soft. Compared to actual zero water filters which are hard plastic.It’s a false product.

My first water filter that I bought with my container lasted nearly a month. I bought these as replacements… They look identical, however, the first one lasted exactly one week and two days before the nasty flavor came back. I just installed a second one and we will see how long this one lastS... If the second filter is the same as the first replacement, I’m going to request a refund.

These filters, filtered absolutely nothing. I tried each filter from the four pack and the TDS reading would never get lower than the tap water reading(083). Called Zerowater and they said there are a lot of knockoff filters out there, and they would send me a four pack of the original ZeroWater filters. No charge.

All filters worked as they should. They were all packaged individually and came in a plain brown box. I just wish the zero water filters would last as long as the original ones did. I have to replace mine every 12-14 days now which is disappointing.

Strongly disliked the filtration rate. Water filters Constantly clogged and had to be removed From the container to depressurize and release the air pockets. Too time consuming. The only plus was that the filtered water did have a good taste after it processed through.I doubt I will purchase this product again.

These came with slight differences in the packaging. there was not the usual cap to remove and the gasket was black rather than Blue. I was little nervous to use them since I did not know what they were made of or if they might be dangerous to use. I ended up trying them and they seemed to make the water at least TASTE filtered, but they did not last for more than a week to ten days. That was much shorter than my normal experience with Zero Filters.

I was so disappointing to see one fail and I thought maybe its a bad one. The second one I tried made my water worse than my tap water! After looking here at other feedback on this seller and talking to the zerowater company - they also advised they are most likely counterfeit. BUYER BEWARE!

Two of the four filters were tainted. Upon opening and filling my freshly cleaned tank, the water tasted terrible! One filter was reading 002, so I opened and installed the new t one and the reading was 003. The filter was also wet when I unwrapped it. I have never had that happen before. I suspect used filters were re-wrapped and sent to me. I have never had this problem before.

This filter makes our water taste much better. However, I swear they have a 21-day timer in them. Our water from the faucet is .236, and through the filter, it is .000. But at three weeks I have to replace it.

I purchased these filters for the first time a few weeks back. The water tastes really clean, with no after taste. My entire family likes the taste. The only thing I would complain about is the top to the pitcher. It’s super cheap, and keeps coming apart. We’ve been using the same filters for about 2 weeks now, and have not had to change them. Our tap water smells really strong of chlorine, but you can’t smell it after it’s been filtered.

I purchased the 4-pack of filters. I’ve had to replace it every two weeks because the water starts to take on a nasty smell and taste. I’ve hand washed (and used the dishwasher) on the pitcher each time to sanitize it. Within two weeks, water from the pitcher gains either a “yeasty” or “fishy” taste.The water quality is better from the tap and from my roommate’s Brita pitcher which hasn’t had the filter changed in 8 months.

Last order I received an off brand. Something called NSE. I ordered Zero Water filters for sure so I am not so pleased with this substitution. I have not tried any of these in my system yet so it is too soon to know if I'll like them or not.
