Love this door mounted pot lid rack. Needed to add some extra storage due to some additions to our cookware and this worked well for us. Husband put it on the door and said it was very easy. He did not use the screws that were sent with the rack as they were too long for our cabinet door, but he had some others readily available.It works well with my round handle lids, but not so well with my rectangular handles (since the 4stars), I've stored them elsewhere.Make sure you measure where your pots and pans will be once you decide where you want to hang the rack to make sure you can close the door after you are done.

Love, love, love it!!! I have an obscene amount of cookware. Because of the thickness of my doors I used my own screws. I predrilled in the thickest part of the door and fastened it with ease. I did not attach the bottom but it's perfectly stable. I bent the racks a little to accommodate my lids. I could not use the top rack because of my door closure but found it a perfect place to store my barbecue tools!

Easy to install, and incredibly functional and helpful for any kitchen with space issues. You can see mine in the photo.. which is underneath a shelf which is also made by Deco Brothers I believe.I have read other reviewers complain about having to remove or move other lids to get at lower lids. Trust me when I tell you these people are grasping at straws. Yes, I have to sort of hold another lid in place while I pull another one out. Are you ready to play your violin for me?I didn't think so.Get this rack if you hate finding room for pot or pan lids in your kitchen. The end.

I almost returned this. The screws that came with it were too long, they would've gone straight through my cabinet door. I do blame myself, when I measured and ordered this, I didn't think about how thin the middle of my cabinet doors are. So, I requested a return. My sister suggested using command hooks to mount it. So, my husband and I weighed our lids and I tried it. And it worked for what I needed. I used 6 command hooks to support the top (each hook can hold 3 lbs, and our lids weighed 10, so to be safe we did more than we should've needed), and I bought 3/8 in screws for the bottom of the rack. So far, so good, and i'm happy to have some organization for my lids. Fitting the lids in each slot, does take a bit of maneuvering and finesse, but, they fit. I'm glad I decided to keep it

For years I used a horizontal pot lid rack that took up a lot of foot room in my cabinets. Then, last year I found a rack that would hold 5 lids, but they were graduated in size so the small lids had to go in the top and the large ones at the bottom and they were hard to get out because the large ones covered up the smaller ones. This rack is PERFECT! Because each rack is the same size, I can put the larger lids at the top and the smaller ones at the bottom so that they are all easy to reach. The rack is sturdy and will probably last me a lifetime. I'm even considering ordering another one for my glass baking dish lids. Good buy!

I've made it a mission lately to tackle kitchen clutter. After determining that yes, we really do use all these pots and pans, I wanted a rack to store the lids where they are out of the way but easy to find. Simple, right? Then I started reading reviews. Other brands had complaints of being too flimsy, too large of a footprint, or having spacing issues so lids wouldn't fit next to each other. I'm happy to report that this rack is sturdy and fits even the largest glass lids without a whimper. And I don't even have it mounted to a wall! It's secured to our gorilla rack instead, but shows no hint of warping or bending even hanging there fully loaded for weeks. Hard to believe that the lowest-priced item is the highest-quality, but sometimes you luck out. Nice shiny finish, too.

Just what I wanted! I bought this to hold baking sheets as I was tired of moving them in and out of the oven where I stored them. The rack came with two extra screw and anchors, too. I didn't need to use the anchors. Though very sturdy, I was able to push and pull on the metal easily enough to change the angle of the arms so that the sheets didn't stick out from the wall as much. I can also drape a towel across a baking sheet when I am using the oven instead of hanging it on the oven door (the towel drags on the floor whenever I open the oven door). Very pleased.

The lid rack is easy to install. As for placing the lids in the rack that's where it get's a little tricky. When we placed them from large to small (top to bottom) They would stick to each other and when you tried to take one out it was a tense moment where you thought something was about to fall and thus break. We finally settled on the order you see in the picture below. That has worked out best thus far. As of right now I'm happy with it. We shall see how it fairs in the coming months.

The design allows for certain types of lids to work nicely but not so nicely for other types of lid. For example, lids with round handle works very well--as seen in this product's advertisement photo. On the contrary, lids with standard handle bar shaped handle will not work well. It either sits too deeply or too shallow in the grove of the rack. And if the grove does not catch the handle bar, the lid can slide clean off the rack (if the lid also happens to be a small lid).The idea of the product was pretty good--but it failed to capture all shapes and sizes of the lid. Some lids are more flat while others are more rounded (dome shaped). The dome shaped ones don't work well on this rack at all.The construction is a bit --meh. The metal rods have bows and curves in them. Also note that you should aim to mount this on studs -- if you are only attempting to put light weight lids you might be OK -- but if you want to put cast iron lids I think the combined weight of 5 or 6 cast iron lids are going to really challenge the mounting mechanism of this rack. Be aware of your load weight.Thanks.

Needed to make room in my cabinets and the pile of lids was taking up space. Based on the reviews, I opted for this one.It arrived and upon opening box and viewing the contents, I noticed that they gave screws and anchors. Problem is...they advertise it as wall or door...wouldn't be a CABINET door. The screws are WAY too long . Unless you have extra thick cabinet doors (or cabinet side walls which is where I wanted mine), the screws will push through the other side and if you're mounting it on the inside of a cabinet door, that means the screws will poke out of the front of the door. Luckily, I found shorter screws in my hardware stash.Next step was to see how the lid sat in the notch. It rolled to one side...which means that, depending on where you mount it, you have to take into account lids sticking out one side or the other. Where I wanted to place it was no big deal as it would either hit the wall or open space, but if I were mounting it on the inside of a cabinet door, I would have to figure that in...along with what lid I would put on top and how much room that would take so I could close the door.I mounted it to the side of the cabinet, but be advised that, unless you have a long extension, using a drill to put the screws in won't work for the top 2 mounting holes. The top bracket is in the way. Next came putting the lids in. As shown in the pictures, this was the only combination I could get to work (without majorly pulling down each bracket and weakening the metal) that wouldn't cause me to pull any other lids out along with the one I wanted.BUT...overall I am very happy with this rack. It's doing exactly what I want it to do...holding lids on the outside of the cabinet rather than taking up room on the inside. Even with the minor adjustments, it still took me less than 10 min to mount it and load it up with lids!!!

Great quality but the screws that come with the bracket are way too long. Be mindful when purchasing though, I didn't take into consideration the fact that once mounted onto a cabinet door if you place a large lid in it, it may catch the door frame of the cabinet and clank/catch every time you open it....like mine does. Kind of annoying but whatever. Different size cabinet doors may not have this issue. Mounting instructions don't take into account lid width so be sure you check and double check the exact spot where you want it mounted before mounting otherwise you'll end up with extra holes in your cabinet like I did.As you can see in the pic I mounted it once but the holes were too high and caught the upper lids I placed, so I put it lower but in the second pic the widest lid catches the center frame of the cabinet but I just push it shut and it bumps past the cabinet. I couldn't mount the bottom of the bracket because there was only thin cabinet panel there and I would have screwed straight through the door panel had I attempted to screw it in. Bottom line, it gets my lids organized and that's what I wanted.

Initially, I wanted to complain of the angles because all of my lids seemed to be mushed together. I had to remove all of the lids to get just one. Then I noticed the slot angles in the picture were much more open than what I received. Viola !!! ... I adjusted the slot angles in seconds and everything fit perfectly* because they can be adjusted as needed ... and my lids vary from several heavy cast iron lids, to light stainless steel lids and glass lids. I have a heavy cast iron press / lid to put onto steaks or bacon and it fit an immobile slot at the top perfectly ... too cool. So two racks are all I need to do the job at the moment. I will get a third.*I got some fancy thin rope that fit my color scheme so I could make simple not unsightly supports to help the smaller lids keep their angles. If the lids are too small to touch the outside edges of the rack, they just hang, potentially causing issues. Not sure why this was not considered.In conclusion, with minimal imagination, the racks do everything promised. I screwed them to solid wood and find the racks so incredibly sturdy. I appreciate being able to put them out of the way and yet easily reach to grab what I need at a whim. If no one had come up with this, I would be wondering why not. Very cool.

First, I'm glad I purchased this item. It certainly improved my lid storage. However, not as much as I had hoped. One problem is that not all of my lids have a knob. Some have a handle. The shape of this rack assumes all lids have knobs. Perhaps if all my lids had knobs they would fit in more smoothly. As it is I can still get several lids in this rack but getting them in and out is not as smooth as I had expected. But, like I said, still an improvement over having them sliding around in the cupboard. Also, make sure you have a cabinet where the top shelf doesn't come all the way out to the door or this rack won't fit. I ended up installing mine under the sink because that was the only cabinet I had didn't have a top shelf.

It's a great rack for the right type of lid. Many of my lids are like the orange-handled lid in the photo but with 1" flanges that extend downward. These racks are not designed for such lids/handles. The design team should incorporate adapters for handle types that aren't round and for lids with flanges. The screws that come with the rack are too long and I didn't want to include coverings for the screw tips to ensure that nobody hurts themselves while reaching into the cabinet. Not did I feel like being bothered finding the correct screw length for my cabinet. So, I used 3M Command™ Clear Mini Hooks (about $4) and Gorilla Glue (about $6) instead of screws and anchors. I duct-taped the clips after gluing them into place. Without tape they'll slide down the vertical surface they're glued to. Duct tape provides a tensile strength that pushes the clips against the surface. Blue painter's tape will hold clips steady but it doesn't provide adequate horizontal force for proper bonding. The tape should behave like a thumb pushing the clip against the vertical surface it's glued to. 'And pull the duct tape off slowly--as it bonds well--or it the tape's adhesive could take the finish off of your cabinet. This was an involved but it was fun and I'm happy with the results. I just wish the rack accommodated all of my lids as well as the top lid in my photos. As you can see, one of my lids is touching the cabinet. Ideally, they should all tilt at the same angle. Designers, consider extending the lids a bit farther away from the mounting surface. Aesthetics can be as important as functionality when the hardware's exposed as opposed to concealed within cabinetry. The rack works but should also look nicely uniform when stocked with lids. By the way, I chose to place my lids high up to avoid having to stoop to grab them.

How in blue blazes do five lids fit in this thing? I have three sets of cookware and lids and none of these lids will fit five lids this rack. the spaces between racks are inadquater I had to finally settle on three lids. I tried every way I could. I looked and looked at the pictures provided. Tempted to bend the prong farther apart but it is heavy metal and I can tell that wouldn't work. It has great sturdiness but the design has to be flawed. I am on disability and can not afford to buy anything else but as soon as I get money I am buying a different design from another company.

For several years I have been trying to devise a way to put lids somewhere for a few minutes when I am cooking, and this is the perfect solution when it's mounted on the wall behind the stove top. It's very sturdy, and it holds Lodge cast iron lids, glass lids, bacon presses, spatter guards, and anything else similar. Before I found this, I would stack lids temporarily on the countertop, cutting board, or some other pots and pans I was using at the tme, but this was quite inconvenient. Now when I need to check on the progress of something I am cooking in a pot or skillet, I lift the lid and put it temporarily in the wall-mounted lid holder. The lids might drip a tiny bit, but mostly it's water; and I can clean the countertop quickly with a hand towel or paper towel; so clean-up is no different than what I was doing, except that now it's easier. I bought this in May 2017, and I have used it just a few days with no drip problems. If dripping becomes a problem, then I will put a drip tray underneath the lid rack--perhaps a stainless steel holder for sheetrock "mud" or something similar; but I don't think there will be drip problems, since as noted mostly it's just condensed steam from boiling water or cooking vegetables, hence it just evaporates after a while. I never knew there were lid racks, so the idea didn't occur to me until I was browsing kitchen stuff and saw it. Then it was an epiphany!

I just moved into a new apartment, and got new pots. Fortunately the apartment came with a pot rack. I wanted to have a rack for my lids too, instead of taking up valuable cabinet space, I wanted to hang this on the interior of the cabinet door. Unfortunately, this was too large to fit on my cabinet doors. and with an "open" floor plan, wall space was not an option.I decided to invest in some 5lb command hooks, and use 2 to hold up this rack on the side of the refrigerator. Which has been successful thus far, since combined my lids weigh less than 5 lbs, and the addition hood as an added safety measure.So I figured out placement of the rack after some thought.The lids. I am not crazy about how the lids sit on this. It does the job of holding them so they dont fall. But I would not say that they fit well.Obviously every one has different types of lids. (My lids were from this set, also from Amazon "Cooks Standard NC-00391 11-Piece Classic Stainless-Steel Cookware Set".In total I have 5 lids.The handles do not fit in the groves meant to hold them well enough, they move from side to side, which makes me nervous, but they will not fall. but they do sit at an odd angle which makes the other lids sit at an odd angle. It makes it difficult to remove a lid without removing the lids around it or holding on to them while removing the lid with care. I doubt I will ever be in a situation where I have 0.2 seconds to retrieve a lid where caution can't be used, but with a little extra effort this rack can work.All in all, not great, but it holds my lids and gets the job done.

This is my second purchase. I love them! My Kitchens needed more cabinet space, so putting the lids elsewhere was perfect.I decorated the 2 racks with a bit of green artificial flowers.The only issue is that the second rack was off the center, NOT the whole thing, but each individual holer leans a bit to the right. The greens helped hide that.It appears that each holder was welded incorrectly.But I am still happy.

We are redoing our kitchen and since it's a smaller kitchen to start with I thought this would be a good addition for space. However when I installed it with the screws it can with (3 different sizes) I chose the smaller of them because I wasn't sure. Well that sucker went right through the darn door?..and there is no repositioning it to the thicker part of the door because then I wouldn't be able to close the cabinet ? also fits for only certain style lids I'm assuming the style with knobs like ones for instance not happy with this purchase ?

I guess this lid holder is to be used with lids that have knobs. The newer style, with handles, not so much. I have managed to to get some of my lids installed; however, it's not what I would call secure. It's designed to hold 5 lids, but I can only get 3 on it. Really bummed about this, too. I was going to purchase a second one, but I'm re-thinking that.I was going to add pictures, but it takes forever to upload them.

My lids did not sit in this rack well. If you have lids with handles instead of knobs, they won't sit well and after mounting, my largest lid fell out. I'm lucky it didn't break. I also mounted this on the inside of my pantry door and the screws went through the door. Needles to say, I'm sick about this but can hardly hold the maker of this product responsible for that. If you are mounting on doors, watch out for screw length. Although I did compare the width of the door to the screw, it nevertheless came through. At any rate, I'm going to attempt to return this because I cannot use it. If you have round knobs, this would be a great product. Otherwise, you might move on to another holder where your lids sit snug and secure. This, unfortunately, is not that product.

was hoping it would have been sized to screw into the backside of a standard kitchen bottom cabinet door. it is *exactly* the right size to fit snuggly within the panel section of door rather than the thick, hardwood rails of the door, so there is no way to attach it in this manner. I guess it's meant for the wall? they include drywall anchors, but tiny ones that would not support my lids anyway. would look ugly on the wall, too.None of my lids actually fit in this rack either. All my lids (but one see below) have loop handles rather than small circular "knobs" - it looks like a knobbed lid might fit better but my All-Clad, Lodge, and Calphalon lids have handles and handles just don't slot in there right. Also, if your lid is not flat (ie it's domed, even only an inch or two) they won't fit well.My Le Creuset "knobbed" lid wouldn't fit, not because of the knob but because it is ever so slightly domed and if you wedge it in there it is far to heavy for the metal of this rack, the whole thing flexes.Cheap, flimsy lids might work great in this, especially if you want to proudly display such lids on your kitchen wall. If you want to store lids that come with quality cookware inside a cabinet door this probably will not work for you.

First, I bought this to install on my cabinet door. The rack fits within the inside area of the cabinet door, not frame to frame. The screws provided must be for drywall as they would go through the entire cabinet door. The company is too cheap to provide door mount screws, but even if they did you can't screw into the top and the bottom because it does not reach the frame. So possibly screw into the top frame and use 3M hooks on the bottom or hope for the best. I noticed some people used 3M hooks for top and bottom, which doesn't look as nice, and I worry about my glass lids crashing to the floor if they give way. Also, this product does not work well with handles similar to the orange handle in the picture provided, which is all I have. I stabilized the rack and loaded it to see how well it would work if I decided to keep it and the smaller lids rolls to one side or the other and feel like they would fall off when the door was opened. I normally check reviews thoroughly, but I must have missed it on this one.
