Great tasting water. I previously received a counterfeit but Amazon Refunded my purchase. When I opened the package for recent one the bottom of the red filter fell off. I called customer service who said it would stay on inside the cartridge. CS was also unable to provide help on identifying counterfeits. Low flow rate seems to be characteristic of a real functional filter, which was higher with counterfeits.

Shipping arrive quickly. I follow the video guide instruction installed the 3-Stage Under Sink Water Filter Replacement Cartridges. Water flow very slow just trickling. It takes 30 minutes to fill my water pitcher. I have serious back pain and my knees can't bent, it is very difficult to work under the sink, but I reinstalled 5 times and each time hope that will do the trick., but still the same. I didn't buy the cheap off market filters, don't understand why is so frustrated. I read others seems have the same continuing issues. I don't think it's should be the unfortunately normal for this product. If seller or manufacture has a solution, it would be really helpful.

My family loves the flavor of the water from these filters. The package comes with the filters, replacement battery and instructions. Painless filter change and I get them delivered through "Subscribe & Save." I chose this type of filters over the Reverse Osmosis type because RO filters get water too clean for me. RO filters remove minerals that are needed for healthy hydration. These filters give me peace of mind because I'm drinking healthier water and have stopped purchasing water in dreaded "single use" plastic bottles! Whatever type of water filter you are considering, buy one and use it! Save our oceans "one bottle at a time!"

I have purchased 8 sets of these over the years. I keep an extra set or two on hand. Last month Amazon automatically refunded me for two sets because they were Chinese knockoffs. I Started buying bottled water.2 weeks later I get the typical Amazon email to buy this product again. I would love to start using the filtrationsystem again, but there is no information on Amazon saying that these are now legitimate. Frustrated.

I changed these filters per instructions after 6 months. When I turned the water on, the unit leaks from the black filter housing. I turned off the water and disassembled it and reassembled it. When I turned the water back on, the housing still leaked. I tried to contact the seller for a remedy and they never got back to me.I will be returning the replacement filters. Sorry that the unit did not last past the first filter replacement.

The original under the sink was installed by a plumber and I never bothered to replace the filter for nearly 18 months. The water started to trickle. The fear of removing the filter, opening the cartridge, leaks that could happen were all the reasons why I was putting off changing.I had to just turn the unit left, change the cartridge, and put it back on. Took like ten minutes and water started gushing back.The taste is always good. The way to find that the taste is better is by going to a friend's home who do not have the filter and taste it. I did a subscribe and save for every six months to save some money

I follow the video guide instruction installed the 3-Stage Under Sink Water Filter Replacement Cartridges. No Water flow. I reinstalled many times and each time hoped that will do the trick., but still the same. I rotated the cartridges putting yellow on red and etc. I even went so far as to purchased a top piece to the cartridge holder But no luck. If seller or manufacture has a solution, it would be really helpful. The first cartridge fills with water but that is the only one that does so. The faucet worked well before replacing the filters. Then no water flow. I bypassed the filtration system and now there is water flow but very slow. Did something come out of the filters to block the system????

And if the instructions just had a better explanation of how to install everything this would be the perfect product. For example, there was no explanation for why they included a battery in the box so it took 10 minutes for me to hunt around to find where it went. A simple picture or two explaining things would have gone a long way here. There's plenty a room in the box to include a larger instruction packet. Just saying. Or do it other Internet sellers are doing which is include a simple card with a short link to a video on installation.

It was a little tricky figuring out how to remove the old filters. Got it done. After looking at the filters I was glad I didn’t tap water before installing this system. Putting in the new ones was a piece of cake. The water provider had tested the water and assured us that there wasn’t any harmful bacteria but it was everything else that made it taste awful. It’s very compact, the filters last 6 months and beeps when it’s time to change them.

Been using them for a while. Have liked the filter. However the most recent one broke at the bottom and caused a slow leak. I was just lucky in catching it and lucky that it didn't cause thousands of dollars of water damage. As it stands, there was enough water leaking into tight spaces that I'm concerned about mold later. Doesn't matter if the product works well 9/10 times, if the 1/10 causes a huge headache. VERY unhappy right now.

I have used the Aquasana water filter system for about 1 year.The water taste is good. The only thing I don't like is the sensor (beep) that tells you when the filters need replacing appears to be based on time and not actual usage. Hence the 4 star rating. I will still keep using the filters as the water taste is much better with the filters !FYI: My latest Delivery from amazon (Subscribe and save) was via USPS. USPS LIED about not having access to my front door so they could not deliver on time. I live in a NON-gated community !!!

I couldn't remark on an initial installation, but replacing the filters is "Idiot Proof." All of the filters were color coded to the connection they were designed to slip into. Took me only 30 minutes, and that was because I read the instructions! Next time, it will only take 10 minutes. The worst problem I had was crawling around under the sink. (The previous install was to high to see the colors well.) Great, well thought out product.

I’ve been using the Aquasana filtration system for several years now but this is the first time I purchased replacement filters through Amazon. Unlike, several other reviewers, all of the filters I received were the same size and I had no issues installing the replacements and I can taste the difference in my water immediately!I’m very happy with this order and will continue to order them through Amazon because they were delivered with 1-day Prime shipping! We bought a new system roughly six months ago. Changed out the filters at the six month mark per the instructions and all three are leaking. One isleaking from the housing and two are from the connection to the water handler. They are all fully tightened, so this is probably a manufacturing defect.It was fine before the change, but I honestly can't comprehend this. Have reached out to the company, but I notice the product warranty is 180 days, which means it may be void by the time you go to change out the filters.It's hard to understand how all three could go out at the first change and with the warranty not being long enough to capture the recommended change period, I'd recommend you go with a different product.

super easy to install Takes about 5 minutes; have a rag handy for water drops. After first time will never need directions again. We were shocked when we saw how dark and cloudy the old filters were. Popped in the new ones, after running it a minute to bleed out air pockets got good clean water and stronger pressure. Didn’t bother replacing the alarm battery - instead signed up for subscription- new filters every six months will be my trigger, seems like a small investment for better health and less plastic bottle waste.

easier to have these on amazon subscribe and save than through the vendor website. Easier to manage on amazon for the same price as vendor. This product in general, has some hiccups for installation. Must be screwed in perfectly to avoid any leaking. Can take several tries. But I love the flavorless water that comes from these. Im very happy.

The price to have good drinking water isn’t bad; what I didn’t like about these filters is how difficult it was to replace them. If not for finding a video on YouTube I wouldn’t have been able to properly install these replacement filters. Also, I noticed a difference in the water flow once I changed them out.
