I don't know why these got such a bad review because I love them. I bought a similar set from another brand and they warped almost immediately after only a couple of uses. I know spring form pans get a bad wrap for leaking but lining the bottom with parchment paper helps to prevent this from happening for me. I have not baked anything in them that exceeds 450 degrees so my parchment paper bottoms work out just find and makes removing your baked goods from the bottom a breeze. I really like these and will be purchasing more before the price goes up.

Worked great! Since I don't live with a lot of people and can't be social (COVID Quarantine life), these are the perfect size! Also can mix/match flavors toppings for the few people I do see.I wrapped mine in could before the water bath, so there was no leak issue for me. I haven't tested them without wrapping, but they seem like the seal would be tight enough. I also greased mine and used parchment, so no "stick" issue for me either, but these do have a nice "non-stick" finish on them.I adapted a traditional NY Style Cheesecake recipe (meant for a 16 inch springform) to make all three 4 inch springforms - cut the recipe down to about 40% (still had some left over filling - butttt that's not an issue!) :PI recommend these!

Just what I needed for smaller birthday cakes (like a smash cake). No stick, cake comes out perfectly, and I love that there are three of them! I wish they nested inside each other for storage, but of course that would mean they'd have to be different sizes- which may not be a bad idea.... Regardless of storage issues, these are a perfect item to have on hand when you have three young kids and many birthday cakes to make in the future! I'm so glad I found these on Amazon- I got a great product for a great price.

I was very excited to make this purchase, but disappointed unpon it's arrival. 2 of the baking pan frames came warped.First of all the material is as expected in the description, nonstick, a locking frame and removable bottom pans. Unfortunately, only one of them came leak proof.I took a video to show the difference in the pans since the middle one was the only set in perfect condition, while the top and bottom came bent. The gap from the bend leaves too much space for them to be leak proof. Tested with straight water: I expected it to have at least a drip, but instead had a steady stream flowing out through the bottom.. ?I'm hoping and salvage the purchase, but I have a feeling they will have to returned or replaced... or at the very least, turn them into planters? (shrug) either way, Im sad with the extra efforts I have to put in now.

I'm pretty sure I'll be throwing these away after my daughter's first birthday.These have gotten a lot of use in the past few weeks, as I'm trying to perfect an actually edible gluten-free birthday cake for my daughter's first birthday. I purchased these for this purpose, and initially thought they were pretty awesome. They make the perfect size cake. I can use a regular sized cake recipe and it distributes excellently between all three pans. They are certainly non-stick, and I have yet to break a cake in removing it from the pan.The first signs of discord appeared when I tried to clean them the first time. As other reviewers have noted, cake batter tends to leak a little around the bottom edges of these pans. This didn't impact the cakes in any way, but batter got baked into all sorts of little nooks and crannies and crevices of the pans. This was NOT easy to clean.What prompted this review is that the batter leaking issue seems to be getting worse with time. The last two times I've used these I have had to take down my smoke alarms while baking because batter has dripped into the bottom of the oven and burned there. I will attempt to solve this by putting the pans on a cookie sheet in the future, but I'm a little worried that this will impact the even baking of the cakes.

I am using these to make miniature cakes. To avoid the problem with leaking, I cut a 2" strip of parchment paper and lined the sides, covering the seam around the bottom. (The bottom of the pan can be put in either convex or concave; put it in concave so the paper will cover the seam.) Then I sprayed non-stick cooking spray on bottom and on paper. The cakes came out perfect! No leaking, no sticking. I would estimate that you can make about 6 cakes from a standard cake mix.

Love them overall. Still better to male some parchment circles for bottom. Learned that first use and no problem since. I sat one day and made a bunch to have on hand. I've made mini cheesecakes mini quiche and even really thick chocolate chip cookies which then I used it as a mold to make chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches. All very fun and all turned out well.

Cute little pans, but wish I'd bought the 4 pan set. Made Christmas cakes for the neighbors and they were the perfect size. 2 per house worked great, but that meant multiple rounds of baking. They leak some, but I always place my springform pans on a cookie sheet.

Originally purchased these to make my Adorable Pomeranian his Birthday Cake (which I did). It came out so adorable that they were put to work for other food products with only my imagination as the limitation. Can make triple layer mini cakes; mini cheesecakes; apple oven pancakes, or single large cookies. Products do NOT stick to the pans and are so easy to release and keep their shape. Highly Recommend and have fun! Highly Recommend!

When your baker "squees" after getting these cute springform pans, you know you got the right thing. These are perfect for small cheesecakes (use about 1 cup of batter and watch your baking time) or for frozen/refrigerated desserts. The only down side is that there are three to a pack so if you're planning on making a lot of something you'll either want to buy more or spend the whole day baking to make what you need.

I've used these a few times for making individual mini-cakes for family and friends. I personally think they're a good sized cake portion for two or three people. They're exactly what I expected and more. I really enjoy the size. I really found these handy especially since this is one of my first springform pans. I did not however enjoy the little crevices of this pan because it would get a lot of batter stuck in it, making it impossible to clean. I spend well over 10 minutes with a toothpick trying to get all of it out. It's a huge hassle. It has leaked small amounts but not enough for me to see it as an issue. Overall, I really enjoy having these pans but beware of the clean-up.

I bought these specifically to make cheesecake in my instant pot and they worked wonderfully! Each single cake was enough to share (or for a single large appetite!) they did not leak, and they cleaned very easily! I took the advice of a previous buyer and after hand washing, I put into my oven for 10-15 to really ensure they were dry in all the creases. Definitely would recommend!

Just what I wanted! Customized cookie crust for each cheesecake. Two crushed cookies makes one mini crust. And guys make life easier by lining the bottom with a parchment circle. Works well for shaping crabcakes. Mix up crab filling, stuff in form and refrigerate for an hour. The crab cakes will look like the $30 ones served in top restaurants! Gorgeous. But back to cheesecake. This is the new size to prepare these days. Who is still serving ten people at home?

They all leaked, but that actually was expected, ive never found a springform pan that didn’t in decades, but I know how to form a tight seal using foil n since the batter I’m using is thick, they’ll do fine. I also gave mini parchment liners

Used for son’s 1st birthday smash cake! One came dented, so it wasn’t a perfect circle.Otherwise these are great, and yes like some others I did experience leaking in one mild but it didn’t mess anything up.They’re also a bit cumbersome to assemble. But you’ll figure it out.
